Reliability is an essential part of the Sven ecosystem. We ask businesses and workers to respect each other and avoid cancelling shifts when possible.

• If you no longer require a shift, please cancel the shift ASAP through the app at least 2h before the shift start time to avoid penalties.

The more time you give, the more opportunity the worker has to pick up a different shift and not lose out on earnings.
