Business Support - Can you choose your Sven worker?

NEW: Yes! When you post a shift on Sven, you have 2 options. You can either allow one worker to secure the shift or you can turn on the 'review and approve' feature. This feature means workers need to apply for a shift. You'll then be presented with a list of workers to choose from. Those workers will be presented to you in order of suitability so you can make an informed decision.
